This is a USED skid house. It is about 10 years old, but was only used for fishing for 2 years
It has new ski skins installed, and we added cedar trim boards throughout the interior. We also installed a new service door - just need to add your dead bolt / new lockset. There is a generator hookup with 120 volt outlets and lights. The roof seams have been re-caulked.
The exterior does have marks and scratches, but the frame is sound and ready to be pulled! A little paint inside and it will be a thing of beauty! Four windows are installed. There is no tow bar for this size house ... there are reinforced tow points in the center of each end to allow towing with a strap or chain.
